Circumstances can change your life. In the year 2000 a car accident changed many things for Larry. What are we to learn from the circumstances we find ourselves? In Larry's case, what we might call bad circumstances turned into a Blessing! Do you understand as a child of God just how our Father sees us as His children. Larry shares in song, (including his original compositions from his first CD "ABIDE", Abide By His Side and Who Am I and his New CD, "GRACE", Through the Eyes of Grace, Touched By God, God's Not Impressed, Thank You for the Process, and It's a Brand New Day) and message what God did in his life through his frustrations, limitations, and circumstances. Larry considers himself blessed through what God is revealing to him about His Grace and the practice of Abiding in Him. You will hopefully come away with a new understanding and perspective about the relationship God wants with you through Christ.
Abide Ministry Verse 1 Corinthians 2:1-5 (The Message Version)
1-2 You’ll remember, friends, that when I first came to you to let you in on God’s master stroke, I didn’t try to impress you with polished speeches and the latest philosophy. I deliberately kept it plain and simple: first Jesus and who he is; then Jesus and what he did—Jesus crucified.
3-5 I was unsure of how to go about this, and felt totally inadequate—I was scared to death, if you want the truth of it—and so nothing I said could have impressed you or anyone else. But the Message came through anyway. God’s Spirit and God’s power did it, which made it clear that your life of faith is a response to God’s power, not to some fancy mental or emotional footwork by me or anyone else.
